Why is it that sometimes when I try to use an effect it wont let me plz give me some advice on why and dont make the information to complicated as I am very new to photshop.... |

Please try to be specific in asking your questions. "Effects" is a very general term when used in conjunction with a program that only creates "effects".
Which effects are you having trouble with? What are you trying to do with the effects?

I go into filter then and I want to use texture and it wont let me its greyed out and it wont let me click on it for some reason. |

First check if your in 8 or 16 bit working space, some of the filters only work in one or other. Wayne |
