Hi,
I have an image with a vintage effect on it (see attached). I was wondering if anyone knows of an action that would accomplish a similar effect. I need to add this effect to a couple images.

I found the original photo on shutterstock, but I don't know what effect is on the manipulated one.

The file is too big to post here, so here is a link to the image: http://goo.gl/9fa74Y

Thanks for any help in advance.

I got kinda close with these settings. I am not sure if they are the simplest way to get there but I found I needed them all as I worked towards your end result.
