How do I get skin to look airbrushed and a bit plastic like in these pictures. I love the effect but cannot get it to look as creamy and soft as in these pictures. I shoot raw and use lightroom 5. Thank you for the input :)

I believe all of these images are done in Lightroom.

Also, the filter used for the skin might be Imagenomic Portraiture.
The skin is simpler to do, it is those colors that I like and want to know how are they made.
