Hello All.

Im new to Photoshop; but understand the concept of it, since I have used other graphic programs in the passed.

I have drawn up a picture, and put the basic colors where they belong.

But i want a cartoon effect....

if your dont know what I mean, here are 2 links, a before and after....

BEFORE:

As you can see the colors are not the same in the 2 pictures, but the different tones caused by the shadows is what I want.

Those pictures were taken out of a 3ds tutorial, but Im wondering if there is a way with either psp 7 or ps 7.

try using the poster edges filter that might add a bit of a cartoon effect...i used it once on a sail boat and it looked pretty good to me
