I currently have a Macbook Pro, late 2011 edition with lion 10.7.5 running, I want to upgrade to mountain lion 10.8 and wonder If anyone has had any problems running Photoshop CS5 with the same or similar set up as mine?
I am trying to gain more speed over lion, and more stability, both I hear can be had by upgrading to mountain lion. My mac has 8 GB memory and has 2.4 Ghz Intel i7 processor. My CS 5 extended is version 12.1 x64.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave.

You'll be fine. There have been at least three updates since your machine was released.
