I found these pics in internet and i am searching for this effect and dont know how to do in photoshop? or effect name? someone help me. I have attached the pics

Hi anbu13, if these were done in Photoshop then it would not be just an effects filter. Looks like lots of hard work using airbrush, smudge tool, texture filter for the canvas effect, and lots more. Very talented stuff in any case, not just an effect in my opinion.
