Hey All,

I play Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (tabletop gaming). My current character is an Ice Witch. I did some googling and found a picture I like, but it needs help. The only requirements (as described in the book) are white/blue hair, pale blue skin, and piercingly blue eyes. I've manipulated it some (see imgur link), but I am not terribly happy with it and think that some of what I want to do is beyond my capabilities.

Firstly, I made it more reasonable and less fan service like by covering her breasts with her fur jacket. While the original image is nice to look at, I don't especially want her to look like that game wise. I'd like to add a frosted effect to various parts of her body, and make the crystal at the end of the staff look like it was made of ice. I'd also like to give her frosted blue colored tips in her hair.

I just clone stamped her fur coat over her breasts and up her leg some to make it more reasonable. I also changed her stiletto shoes to boots

Her skin turned out to be a little purple. The fur looks fairly obviously clone stamped. I tried and failed miserably at selecting her fair so I could frost the tips with an icy blue color.

The whole picture is kind of drab. Blue on blues on blues. I tried to add a gold accent to her cape at the bottom, but it just looks mustard yellow.

Any thoughts/pointers/help/ideas to help me out? I'm a beginner level photoshopper, so go easy on me.
