1.I need to open 6000 PSDs automated
2.Then turn to black and white automated
3. Print out all 6000 pages automated

How do I do this?

1.How to automate a a adjustment/copy it to all 6000 psd files-save and close. Can this be done with script or something else?

2.Figured part of it out. You can drag jpg`s into the print que, but how to I auto save as jpg or bmp. From psd to a jpg/bmp.

Few ways to do this... All from the scripts and automate options in the file menu.

Example:

Record an action that turns your image to black and white.
Once you have this action use:
File > Scripts > Image Processor
or
File > Automate > Batch Process
This will apply your black and white action to your 6000 images
(Image processor can save the results as a jpeg file. I believe for BMP you need to record it within an action and batch process it)

Even though you seem to have it figured out, to print them all out your can:
File > Automate > PDF Presentation
You can use this to create a 6000 page 'multi-page document' and then all you have to do is print it once and you have your 6000 pages of black and white images.
