*I've resolved this now - thank you*
Hi,
I have a website that has a candle graphic on it but it's in Flash. I'm redesigning the site and want to get rid of all the flash so I need to recreate the candle as a gif.

With the help of my son-in-law I've managed to get the candle flame as a gif (about 60 frames) on a transparent background.

I have also managed to get the candle base on a transparent background.

With photoshop I've managed to put the flame on to the candle base and got a half-decent gif out of it. However it's not as good as I would like for a number of reasons...

1) I am clueless when it comes to photoshop so I've been relying on reading tutorials etc on the net.
2) The candle base is 'blocky' (i.e. too pixelated and I'm not sure how to smooth it out).
3) I would like a 'glow' adding to the flame. On the Flash version there is a 'glow' property that was added to the flame but this has been lost in translation. I wondered if there was a similar effect in Photoshop that could be applied?

I'm guessing this isn't a big job for someone who knows that they're doing with Photoshop but I'm more than willing to throw a few beer chits your way if you can manage to do this for me. I have the relevant gifs (and individual frames) that I can send you if you want to have a look at it and then let me know how long it would take/cost etc.

Many thanks for all your help

Cheers

John :-)
