I have a screen refresh issue on my desktop.

I have a NVidia Quadro 600 and haev the latest drivers just downloaded.

My issue is that the image window does not update in Photoshop unless I click and drag the window. Then it updates. for example, I do a re-size or a color change. This does not change the image unless I click and drag the window.

I think its an OpenGL issue with certain video cards.

I have tried turning off Enable OpenGL drawing in the prefs, and also adjustedd the NVidia control panel to give Photoshop just the basic settings. But its just not working.

Any ideas?
