Nothing too big, only that when I took a picture of a friend , he had his mouth slightly open and we see his teeth blurry, but it looks like he has a big gap, how to close it or shorten it?

The Clone Stamp tool should fix the issue easily enough.

Or as the foxy SC Photo Designs has suggested, upload the pic.
