Hello guys. My name is Vishal, and I am an amateur designer. I wanted to ask, how can someone create this kind of effect on skin like the sports designer Caroline Blanchet? Some examples: http://ptitecao.com/369911/7427294/portfolio/fiba-social-media-designs-vol-2 and I have attached a photo of one of here designs with the skin. I think it might be a topaz skin but I'm not sure.I need to know how to get this kind of skin on my players when i design. Thank you.
