hey! I got a similar problem - after adding a lighting effects filter, there is a gap in the middle of a page where the filter is not applied. Made some internet reasearch on this topic, but without any sucsess. But that's what I've found out myself - the bug keeps appearing if the target layer is larger than the canvas. However, after cropping the target layer to the size of the canvas the problem was gone. Don't know what it actually means, but hope this helps anybody.
