If I want to create a blurry kind of background in Photoshop, which steps should I follow? Is there any good tutorial available on this? |

Presuming I've understood your question correctly....There's a few ways really, one is to mask of the subject you don't want blurred, then add a gaussian blur. Another, duplicate the layer, add the gaussian blur, lower the opacity and erase the subjects out of the blur. Also, there are ps actions you can use, I personally sometimes use Selective Focus (Faux Shallow Depth Of Field Blur) action, I'm sure you can find one online for free (if not very cheap)

Hello Sarah,
Thank you so much for your suggestions. I am going with the second option, i mean first I will apply the gaussian blur. Hope i will make it work. |

The second is the easiest, you should be able to do that no probs
