Hi,
How does one save a photo doing the following:
1. zooming in on the head of a person(approx 6"x 5" size)
2. saving just the picture of head (approx 6"x 5" size)
For some reason when I attempt this, the "saved" portion(the head) reverts back to the same size of the original picture which is much smaller than I want.

It's because you're only zooming in to get a closer look, you're not telling photoshop which section of the image you want to save. You need to crop the image so that it's just the head, then save it.
