I like it a lot. Good border. I like the color you chose. Maybe if you sized the car down a bit more and kept it right aligned and got rid of the wispy/curtain effect on top of the car it would look better. The effect is really cool in the image, I just think it interferes with the car too much. So, I'd blend it into the car rather than have it overlap the car.
I like your one color thing here, but maybe if you darkened the car it would pop out a bit more and not look ALL one color.
Those are my suggestions. Once again I really like it.

8/10 i also like the idea of the one colour, the only thing i can say is try making the Dust/dirt Darker, it may look really bad. it might look awesome aswell.. give it a try and post it.
