Whenever I minimize PS in the hotbar (if that's what it's called, the bar on the bottom of the screen displaying all the currently active programs and open windows)
Anyway, whenever I've minimized it, and click on / open another file, I have to right click Photoshop's hotbar icon and selecting either the recover or maximize options, because only left-clicking it won't do anything.
And not only that, I have to right-click twice more and select minimize and then maximize again in order to make it work with single left-clicks again.

It's really annoying as I often have to go researching online.
I use CS2 on windows XP. If anyone have a clue about what causes this, or what causes it; I'd greatly appreciate some help.

PS: Some of the things I describe may be inaccurate as I'm translating from a Norwegian set computer.

How many files do you have open along with Photoshop? What is the spec of your computer?

It varies from zero to many. It still happens on both occasions.

spec is:
Intel(R) Pentium(R)D CPU 3.00GHz (1 CPUs)
2048MB RAM memory
DirectX 9,0c
Microsoft Windows XP home edition

Is there some relevant information I missed?
