I'm creating a pair of scissors in Photoshop. They are almost done, but there is one problem. The body of the scissors are bigger in width than the scissors handles. I need to make the body of the scissors width smaller in order to properly align with the scissors handles. I tried doing cntrl, T for the transform tool but it just moved the image, not resize it to align it. How could I go about this? Thanks in advance.
