Screencapture Program

I was looking for a program that would allow me to capture what is on my screen while I talk about it. Does anyone have a program they recommend (free is preferred, but either is fine, whatever you use)?

I've heard Camtasia Studio is pretty good, but i've never used it myself.

I've used Cam Studio in the past, which is available as freeware from here-

I use Camtasia at the moment, although my copy is a very old one, I think it's version 2. Think they're up to version 5 now lol.
