Shortcuts won't work?

Hi all, I've been using PhotoShop for a while now and just recently upgraded to CS. My problem is that the shortcut keys won't work! The direction keys, Alt+Ctrl+z, every shortcut fails to function. Confused

I thought maybe it was my computer specifically but the shortcuts work fine in ImageReady CS.

Does anyone know the solution to my problem? Thank you to anyone who replies.

Without wish to cause terminal offense, also not wishing for you to attempt to get on your high horse, either buy an original version, contact adobe or have the common sense not to download time limited warez versions, released by paradox.

Take your pick.
