I'm looking for a brush that can simulate a spraycan, and have it add the drips the longer I hold it in a place. Anyone know/have a brush they could share, or know how to create this effect? Any help is greatly appreciated!

yeah easy mate
if you go in natural brushes 2

select the "stipple" brush any size, it doesnt matter then go into edit brush sections

shape dyanmics:

size jitter:100%
mnium diamter:100%
angle jitter: 100%
control:off
roundnesss jitter: 100&
minuim round ness:1%

and then just play with the scattering

this should give some sort of overpsray effect :)
