I need to make an image of 12 meter by 2.4 meter to print on a series of windows. So it's kinda very big :-)

I only have the option to save the file as a PSB, Photoshop Raw or Tiff. But since Tiff only supports its file size not to be greater than 4GB, that is not an option.

Because it is for printing, I wonder what file type is the best?

PDF would be great but does not seem to be possible inside Photoshop for such big formats.

Vectoring is not an option since the image contains photos.

You do not SAVE as a pdf, but PRINT to pdf - go to choose printer and choose "print to PDF" - then in properties (usually set to standard as default) choose "high quality print" and set your size - voila - you have a file ready for print.

Does saving as a PDF lower the quality of the work vs. printing to PDF?
