Newbie here-
My tool bar is empty? i can not drag, crop, add text....does anyone have any ideas? |

You may have to reset your preferences. This can be done by holding down Ctrl+Shift+Alt while the program loads.
Let everyone know how that works out. If it works, great! If not, someone with more experience will have to help you out. |
