I would like a to achieve this type of transparent text box on a beautiful background Image.Please help, thankks in advance.

Create a square shape, with a white fill and no stroke, then set the transparency of the layer to about 67% (or whatever works best with your background). Then create another shape with no fill and a black stroke and pop it inside your shape. Then create your text and move it over the shape layer and position where you want.
I'm good at doing things for people, rubbish at explaining it. If you get stuck just ask and I'll try and explain it better :)
