I have a good amount of experience in digital arts including some devotion of my digital works to PhotoShop.
I'd like to make a few bucks working on very small organization freelance work, like enlarging logos, designing website banners...you get the idea.
I've seen a couple of sites, like photoshopgurus.com. But the thing is, I'm under the age of 18. This restricts me from at least getafreelancer.com. But am I still able to freelance online? If anyone can give me details on this matter, my bountiful thanks to you.
