Well its very simple actualy.

All u have to do is insert this code into ur site.

<OBJECT classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://active.macromedia.com/flash2/cabs/swflash.cab#version=4,0,0,0" ID="Flash-Movie" WIDTH="400" HEIGHT="300">
<param name="movie" value="moviename.swf">
<param name="quality" value="high">
<EMBED src="moviename.swf"
quality="high"
WIDTH="400"
HEIGHT="300"
TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"></EMBED></OBJECT>

make shure that u change the movie scr in bolth the parimiter and the Scr. Also make shure to specifi the width and height of your move.

And there you have it :)
