I made something in photoshop and when i was done for the day i saved it and shut off my computer. the next day i went to finish it and when ever i opened the psd file something popped up and said that the file was not compatible with my version of photshop. whats going on? i need this fileeee so how can i get it back to normal? That sucks. I don't like to be the bearer of bad news but usually with same machine same application then its corrupt and your file is gone for good.

Gimp the freeware photoshop and can open psd files if your desperate for a possible solution.

There a stories of people making a psd file so huge that when they go to open it a second time there computer ram cant handle it but i doubt this applies you you.
