Hi! I am desperately trying to find a photoshop filter (angled line effect) to reproduce the effect as used in the ESPN Magazine, American Express Ads,... see example at the following link.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Under Sketch use the Halftone filter and select line from the drop downlist.
The lines are horizontal though. If you want diagonal, put it on a separate layer (50% grey filled) and rotate it. That's what I did here.
