Adobe probally took 7 down because they released CS. What didnt you like about it. I used 7 extensivly and when CS came out I ate it up. They made a ton of improvements. You may be out of luck with downloading 7. (legally anyways) |

You may only be able to get a trial version by purchasing a book that is specifically for Adobe Photoshop 7. But this defeats the object as it will not be free. |

The improvements should have been a patch, not a new Version .

*cough* *cough* up some Cash *cough* *cough*

CS tries to Match Macromedia ( MX ) too much and fails to turn a product into a solid stable piece of desirable software, instead fluffs it in a new Gooey and calls it a new name.

At the end of the day its all about the shareholders I suppose.

Too bad really. |

I think Photoshop is a solid stable piece of desirable software. How did the gooey change from 7.0 to CS? I think Photoshop far surpasses Fireworks...

However, I do agree that the changes they made were minimal at best. They're all cool, but I can't say I use many of them very often anyway. _________________ Best Regards,
