I need to figure out how to take the character with the sunglasses on out of the picture (extract him from everything) I dont want the excess background and the other junk. Thebn I want to make all his colour white BUT leave all the black outline/lines. Can someone please help me figure out how to do this stuff. Thanks

Using the pen tool will be the easiest and cleanest method in the long run. I say this as the quality of the images outlines are not great as they stand and futher degredation of them not desirable.
