How to skew vertically without it changing horizontally...?

Hi, I have some text that I want to skew, pennant style. I.e. One vertical side will be made smaller than the other.

Whenever I do this, the width of the letters changes to make it look like you're looking at it from an angle. I don't want this, I want each letter to keep the same width.

Try holding CTRL + Shift and then drag the text from the side, that's the easiest way to create a pennant style text.

I just tried it, but apparently CTRL + Shift creates a new textbox.

Hopefully you can see that the text ONE VOICE doesn't look like the original text, because the width of each letter is now different.

Oh, I get what you mean now. You can do a similar effect by holding CTRL + Dragging each of the handle to the appropriate corner, however, you may need to rasterize the text first for that to work.
