My wife wants to edit some photos with some Japanese scrap book type images. I can't afford to buy photoshop. Is there a free resource for iMac for photo editing?

Not sure if this is any good but I thought I would throw it into the mix for you OSX GIMP
Not using a Mac it's difficult to recommend anything, but I'm sure others do and will be able to suggest something.
