				Hi and welcome to the forum.
 
 
It's going to be a case of show and tell really. Without a source image that you are targeting the colours to, it is pretty impossible to give a formula that works the same on all images, as each one will be different.
 
 
The two images that you have shown, are actually nowhere near each other in tone/contrast and both would require different treatments according to your source image. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade!  |
