I personally like watching the ping-pong battles. I guess people could just chose between the 2 examples above, and/or add other ideas down the road.

People can just post challenges, and see if someone accepts. Like if I wanted to challenge Patrick, I could just start a thread: "Me vs. patrick: Ping-Pong", and you can accept or not accept.

Or if someone wanted to do a topic battle, one could post the challenge, then a mod sets up the battle with a theme and a time limit. (usually like 3 or 4 days that each have to get their submissions in, or whatever time length is chosen).

Again, I'm just rambling and throwing out ideas. :P

I wish phpBB had an easy way to setup sub-forums. That's the way it is there, you have the main Wars forum, then 2 subforums, 1 for setting up the challenges, then one for active challenges that were going on.

How about a 500 px width and 350 px height?
File size limit... 100k. (Being nice to dialers)
No nudity. (I don't mind it but others may)
Time Limit (somehow)

Just ideas...

That sounds good so far... let me see what I can come up with Big Grin

Don't think you erase it completely - I think you have to use it, even if in a wierd way... with your work...

Yeah, in ping-pong, you usually want to keep at least something of the "vault" to you, so people know it's still the same image. But it doesn't have to be completely noticeable. If someone uses a face, and you just want an eye left over in yours, that's fine (even if you want to manip that eye).

Plug-ins... I can see how they could be unfair. If someone has 9 million of them, its an advantage over someone who has none. Should plugins be allowed?

No, I think only the tools in PS should be utilized. My 2 cents.
