hey there peoples, hope your doing very well,
does anyone know how to get any image from google images or self drawn/photo images and quickly blast them into photoshop ready psd's?
some reason i can't get any of my own images to appear in phhotoshop let alone edit them, thanks

hi,
could you give a few more details...? what happens when you try to open a image? any error notifications or what???
normally there shouldn't be any problems unless you loading a image that not supported by photoshop... canyou load other images in photo shop or is it just ones from google and i assume from your camera that you can't open.? |

basically, there appears a sign with a red caution saying cannot open, this is non photoshop document etc etc.. |

hi
sounds like your ps won't open that file extention... you may have download a thumbnail instead of the file itself... and that why it not opening... can't open thumbnails...
take a look at the fullfile name and give us the extention.... the 3 letters after the period... |

hi,
we need to verify that it a file that can be open by photoshop.. need to know what the file extention is of the file your trying to open...
a file name will look somethinglike this.. filename.xxx
the x' to the right is the extention and it maybe psd or jpg or doc or xrt etc .... but we need to know that .. |

sorry, of course, its a .png file,
converting png's to valid psd documents,
even jpegs and the like, i hope theres a solution for any given format but .png for now will do  |

Photoshop is capable of opening PNG files. See if it's possible to get other software to open it - Word, IE Explorer, Firefox should all be able to open a PNG file. If these can't open the file either then the file is probably not a valid PNG file (i.e corrupt). |
