Well that's reversed. The blue is probably a bit too strong in both.

Geez, you guys are helpful, but I think the first one by OYBRO is closer to what I was looking for. But I really like the second one by Gecko, so thanks to the both of you---how'd manage it?

i think most of the color on the picture with the shopping car has to do with the tint and lense that the photographer used.

The first image has lots of high value yellowish hue's becuase it has alot of contrast in the image. THe image you supplied is difficult cuz all the colors are sort of drab... I will find a good pic and try it out

Heres my attempt.I sandwitched the bridge/building with a photo of rusty metal (for texture) set blend mode to hard light, then played around with curves to mess up the colour, next I used a grunge brush to spot up the image, the last steps were image.ajustments.variations where I added more yellow. then flatten image and Bobs your uncle! Wayne
