|
|
Hi I have been googling for over an hour now trying to find out how to blend several images to make soft edges between each other.
Example: .
All I have come up with super impose other images onto each other or feather around the edges.
Appreciate any suggestions, thanks[/img]
_________________ Kimberley Web Design

Yes I have seen this tutorial in every search I did and tried following its directions but every time I applied the gradient it would delete pixels .. make one of the photo edges transparent. I read it 3 times and tried 3 times with always the same result. I know I am missing some little thing. _________________ Kimberley Web Design

Make sure all the different photos are on different layers to each other.
Using the gradient tool in a layer mask shouldn't delete any pixels it should only mask them.
Try using a brush in the layer mask if gradient tool isn't helping you.
Go into the channel tab and turn on the layer mask channel visibility to view the mask being applied. |

Hi Thanks for your response, I figured it out and feel sorta dumb. The problem lay with the fact that the images were not overlapping each other enough. _________________ Kimberley Web Design
